The jumbo lump also referred to in Russian as a rose, has nothing to do with this garden flower, as it is a name for the section of the crab leg, which connects it with the rounded body, a kind of a “shoulder” of this marine inhabitant. This interesting part of the body contains very tender and very thin meat.
